Sights Around Mount Fuji

Drove over to Mount Fuji and there were low level clouds, but there was a break in the clouds enough for me to get some photos and some different views around Mount Fuji.

Tokyo Tower

Went to Roppongi today to check out the Tokyo tower and enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo. The weather wasn’t the most clear, but it was still good. I could see Rainbow bridge, Fuji television in Odaiba, and other parts of the city. Here are the photos I took during this adventure.

Okinawa Dragon Boat Race

Went to watch the dragon boat races at Tomarin in Okinawa. This was a pretty neat event. There were teams with Okinawan people from different places and there were also teams from different military bases in Okinawa. It seemed as though they were building friendships through friendly competition while experiencing some of the Okinawan culture.
